The multi-hyphenate economy
Five income streams, five identities, zero systems built for it. An author who lives the thesis.
This is the first generation paid like a portfolio (salary, side hustle, resale, creator income) while AI eats the entry-level jobs beneath them. They’re not one job title; they’re five, and every money system they’ve been handed assumes they’re still one. Main Character Money answers with a system built for multifaceted lives, from an author who is one: a $5B-portfolio operator who is also a President-recognised dancer, a 16,000-ft skydiver and a trainee pilot, publicly directing 25 AI agents on one rule: readers always know.

Money compatibility as the new relationship test.
Aashika “Ash” Bala spent a decade as the youngest person in rooms where billions moved, and the one running them. Chief of Staff to CEOs and founders, steward of a $5B+ portfolio, regular panel speaker on finance and AI, and Co-Chair of Women on the Wharf, one of London’s largest women’s networks. Educated at SRCC, LSE and Cornell, with executive programmes at Stanford and Wharton. And she still ran out of money by the 20th of a first London month. The system sketched that night became the 3-Lane Capital Map; the map became Main Character Money, the first Playable Book, and its offer is her story in one line: the discipline of billions, handed to one human life. Born Aashika Balaji, she writes as Ash Bala.
