What we collect: two buckets. The launch list: your email (and name if you give it), which share link brought you here, and your ads-consent choice. Your account, if you make one for the free tools: your email and name, plus what you create while using them: your conversations with Ash, your FOMO list, your Sovereignty Score results, and your daily-move streaks.
Why: to run the tools you use, to tell you when Main Character Money launches, and to send the occasional pre-launch email you signed up for (at most two a month).
Who else touches it: Resend delivers our emails. Anthropic processes your Ask Ash messages to generate the coach’s replies, server-side, for that purpose only. If, and only if, you ticked the ads box, a privately hashed version of your email may be used to build ad audiences on Meta. Never sold.
Cookies, straight: sign-in cookies keep your account session alive (essential). A referral cookie (30 days) remembers which share link brought you here, so signups credit the right person. And we use Meta’s measurement pixel and Google’s ads tag to know whether our ads work; each sets its own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies. Our host, Vercel, also counts page views for us (by country and approximate city): it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and cannot follow you across sites, so it runs without asking. No other trackers, no analytics companies. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the measurement cookies stay off unless you accept the banner, and you can any time.
Your controls: every email has a one-tap unsubscribe. Delete everything yourself in Account (“Delete my data & account”: chats, lists, scores, streaks, signup and the account go, permanently), or write to ashbala.author@gmail.com and it’s done for you.
